No. Credits are not deducted by a fixed number of messages. Two messages may consume different amounts of credits depending on task complexity, tool usage, file size, search usage, and output length.
No. Credits are not the same as model tokens. Credits are a simplified usage unit that may reflect multiple types of service resources, including AI model usage, retrieval, tools, file processing, external services, and platform operations.
Plan credits are tied to your subscription billing cycle. Unless otherwise stated on the plan page or campaign page, unused monthly plan credits do not roll over after the billing cycle ends.
Top-up credits do not expire by default. However, they require an active paid subscription to use. If your subscription becomes inactive, remaining top-up credits will be temporarily unavailable until you reactivate an eligible paid subscription.
No. Buying a credit pack only adds top-up credits. It does not upgrade your plan or increase plan benefits such as storage, project space, batch upload capacity, or custom skill limits.
Lite is suitable for light but steady usage. Plus is better for growing research needs and more frequent literature or web research. Pro is recommended for high-frequency research users who need deeper workflows and more credits. Max is designed for heavy users, larger projects, and stronger scientific workflow support.
If a recurring subscription payment fails, Stripe or SciClaw may notify you and retry the payment depending on billing settings. During this period, your subscription status and access may become limited, paused, or inactive until payment is completed.
Yes. You can usually update your payment method from the billing management page or Stripe-hosted billing page when available.
Yes. An invoice will be automatically sent to your registered email address after each payment is completed.
The final price, billing cycle, taxes, discounts, and payment amount are shown on the checkout page. If this document differs from the checkout page, the checkout page prevails.
